Some of my other non-fannish interests are rock climbing, sabre fencing, knitting, sorting things into increasingly specific categories, the intersection of alterhuman, queer, and neurodivergent identity, (military) history, and robots. I also may post about my personal exploration of religion, especially alterhumanity and polytheism.

Various other bits about me: I'm a college student studying linguistics. I'm self-studying Arabic and ASL. My Spanish is... passable, and I know a bit of German. My music taste tends toward new wave / alt rock / synthpop, but I'm always up for music recs. While I may not be heavily involved with TTRPG games, I read (and occasionally write) short-form games and really enjoy making character sheets for longer games.

This journal is mostly friends-locked, but any finished products I have (fic, podfic) will most likely be public.

There was at one point a darkfic comm (problem_attic) that has been deleted -- I do however own a discord server that was originally intended for the comm, but I'm opening it up to other people now, since it's so inactive, and I wanted to see if there was interest before I just deleted it. If you (or anyone you know / trust to not be an asshole) want an invite, leave a comment here or pm me!

Overall this year was.... not great in terms of producing fan content for this account. (I have another content summary going up on my problematic fic account, which will absolutely be more positive than this one.)

I did submit an origfic piece for DPDSF, which was my first time ever sharing original work with non-friends, so I'm proud of that.
